Our content attracts a readership of decision makers from the digital content and services space, spanning Internet, Mobile, Media, Entertainment and Gaming domains within India, and as well as those looking to invest or set up operations in India’s emerging Telecom and Digital Media market. About Nikhil Pahwa

Nikhil Pahwa is the Founder and Editor of MediaNama.com, India’s premier source of news and analysis of the Telecom and Digital Media in India. With an eye for detail, Nikhil has been providing perspective on the evolving digital content and services ecosystem in India, and has given talks at business and journalism schools, including at IIM Ahmedabad, NMIMS, 9.9 School of Convergence, and participated in panel discussions at India Social, NASSCOM Gaming and Animation Summit, Broadband Tech India, IAMAI Media and Marketing Round Table, among others.

He has been involved with online communities for ten years, and over the past four years, has provided insight on business developments related to online and mobile video and music licensing deals, search, location based services, digital and mobile commerce, portals and online media and classifieds businesses, as well as government regulations for broadband, mobile, digital payments and commerce, Mobile TV, Mobile Number Portability, broadband, Application Stores among others.

Prior to founding MediaNama in 2008, he was the Editor of ContentSutra, a part of the ContentNext network of digital media focused publications, now owned by the UK based Guardian Media Group.
